The single-component grammage automatic weighing, metering & extrusion control system can control up to seven main machine screws. The single-component grammage automatic weighing, metering & extrusion control system consists of a material suction system, a material storage system, a weighing system, and a host computer system, During operation, the raw materials are continuously and automatically conveyed from the weighing bucket to the screws. The host computer calculates the real-time output by collecting the weight-loss signals from the high-precision weighing sensors below the weighing bucket. Meanwhile,the host computer communicates with the screw main machines.By adjusting the extrusion volume of each layer's screw main machine,it can precisely control the total output and the layer ratio. Additionally, the host computer controls the film thickness by taking into account signals such as the traction signal,width signal, and raw material density.
