The company underwent a shareholding system reform and was renamed Wuhan Xinzhongde Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. It has now been listed on the New Third Board, laying a solid foundation for the company to further expand and strengthen its business.

The company's Phase II factory has been completed, adding 8,000 square meters of production space and launching the country's first XZBT roll-to-roll high-viscosity self-adhesive film production line.

The company has introduced advanced automatic wind ring control technology, significantly enhancing the product quality and sophistication.

2008

In April, the company held its first-ever product ordering conference, during which the debut of the ZBT-1600 fully automatic winding machine and the ZMBT active-passive full-function winder was unveiled—both products immediately captured significant customer attention, further highlighting the company’s robust R&D capabilities.

2005

In July, the company successfully developed the SGM-300 three-layer co-extruded internal-cooling device—China’s first domestically product—and mastered the critical technology behind the internal-cooling film bubble process, breaking the foreign technology monopoly. In December, the company became the first to establish its new headquarters in the Changfu Economic and Technological Development Zone of Caidian, occupying a 60-mu site. The first-phase factory building covers 500 square meters, while the company also increased capital and expanded its equity structure, leading to a name change to Wuhan Xinzhongde Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. Meanwhile, the second-phase factory has been completed, adding an additional 6,000-square-meter workshop space.

2004

In July, the company pioneered the development of the XZBQ1300 top-draw rotary unit within the industry, ushering in a new era of leading-edge technology for top-draw systems in blowers.

2002–2003

The company has established production capabilities for single-layer extrusion, two-layer co-extrusion, and three-layer co-extrusion systems, as well as rotary die series products. Its product range spans mold specifications from 80 to 450, with auxiliary equipment available in sizes ranging from 800 to 2200.

2001

In March, the company was officially registered as Wuhan Zhongde Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd.
