Ultra-Powerful Dehumidification and Drying System: Equipped with a large-capacity, high-efficiency dehumidification and drying system specifically designed for highly moisture-sensitive nylon (PA) materials, this ensures the raw material maintains an extremely low moisture content—typically below 250 PPM—effectively eliminating issues such as bubble formation, pinholes, and strength degradation during processing. 
Low-shear-force design: The screw and flow channels are specially designed to minimize shear on nylon molecules while ensuring thorough plasticization, thereby preventing material degradation and preserving the material's outstanding mechanical properties.

 

Intelligent Control System

Fully Automated Integrated Control: The system features an industrial PC-based PLC control system for seamless human-machine interaction. A touch screen provides centralized control over all process parameters, including temperature, pressure, speed, layer thickness ratio, and more.

Online Thickness Monitoring and Automatic Feedback: Equipped with imported beta-ray or infrared thickness gauges, the system continuously scans the film bubble thickness in real time, while the APC automatic profile control system dynamically adjusts the air ring airflow to ensure that the film thickness tolerance is optimized to an exceptional level—within ±4%.
