Working principle

Control of Film Thickness(Thickness/Grammage per Meter): The system calculates the actual traction speed by collecting signals from the encoder and compares it with the set traction speed (related to thickness).Meanwhile,it takes into account signals such as the width of the film and thedensity of the raw material. The upper computer precisely controls the speed of the traction frequency converter to make the set thickness value consistent with the actual thickness value.thus ensuring that the thickness/grammage per meter of the extruded product meets the customer's specifications, The control accuracy can reach 0.2%.
